Organic tin catalyst TIN-18

Organotin catalyst TIN-18 is a curing accelerator for polyurethane systems, suitable for use as a high-efficiency catalyst in polyurethane coatings, foam materials, adhesives and sealants, elastomers, and other fields.

T-18 organotin catalyst is used as a heat stabilizer in silicone rubber mold products and PVC plastic products, such as films, semi-rigid sheets, transparent tubes, etc.

T-18's main component is dibutyltin dilaurate, with an appearance of a pale yellow transparent liquid and a tin content of approximately 18.0-18.8%.

Organotin drier TIN-18 promotes the reaction between hydroxyl resins and polyisocyanates, shortens the curing time of PU paint, and acts as a highly efficient catalyst in both rapid gelation and tack-free time.

Catalyst TIN-18 facilitates the rapid gelation of one-component silicone sealants and two-component mold-making rubbers.

Catalyst T18 offers a longer activation period compared to other organotin compounds under the same curing rate conditions.
